Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Michael Kevin Barron, MD is an Interventional
Cardiologist, experienced and trained in all aspects of general, invasive and
interventional cardiology.

| Dr. Barron is
highly skilled in all aspects of interventional cardiology including: PTCA,
stents, high speed rotational atherectomy, intravascular ultrasound,
intra-aortic balloon pumps, and temporary pacemaker placement. Other areas of
expertise include: peripheral angiography of carotid, renal and lower
extremities as well as peripheral interventions such as PTA, stents and
thrombolytic therapies and intravascular ultrasound. He is also proficient in
echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiology, stress echocardiology, and
nuclear cardiology.

| Dr. Barron is a
graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH.
He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at
Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Barron served a 3-year Cardiology
Fellowship and a 1-year Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Tulane
University, New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Barron is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Certified in
Cardiology and Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology.
